Favorite bet of all-time

One of James’ most rewarding bets took place during the 2021 NFL season. The Indianapolis Colts were hitting the road to take on the Buffalo Bills. While the Colts were just a .500 team (at 5-5) going into that contest, they were also 5-0 in games in which they rushed for at least 100 yards. James relied on that stat and predicted that the Colts would escape with a narrow victory. The ending result was a surprising 41-15 victory for the road team. As you probably guessed, the Colts exceeded the 100-yard threshold as they ran for 261 yards.

Most heartbreaking bet

One of James’ most heartbreaking bets took place in the 2021 Super Bowl. Although Tom Brady had six titles under his belt, James felt that Patrick Mahomes and the Chiefs would keep the contest somewhat competitive. Unfortunately, that didn’t come close to happening. The Buccaneers won the contest 31-9, giving TB12 his seventh title.
